We hope you can join us at the RP-ALARA Summer Meeting that will be held at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC from June 17-19, 2025.
Register by March 14th to receive a special early sign-up rate of $2,000 (includes 2 booth personnel).
Hotel Reservation:
Group Rate: $289 (net).
Room Block: June 15-19.
Room rate offered two days pre and post subject to availability.
Reservations must be made by May 8th, 2025. Group rates and availability are not guaranteed after May 8th.

Vendor Registration:
Early Sign-Up Rate:

- $2,000 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel)
- $500 for each additional booth personnel
Standard Rate:
- $2,200 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel)
- $500 for each additional booth personnel
Only one company per booth.
Booth location is first come, first served during set-up on June 17th.
Complete the attached registration and payment authorization and send to NSA@PartinAndAssociates.com no later than May 8th.
Once your vendor registration payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and credit card receipt (if applicable). You will be placed on the event communication list for schedule updates, meeting attendees, shipping instructions, etc.
