We hope you can join us at the BWR Refueling Performance Meeting that will be held at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL from June 9-12.
Register by March 31st to receive a special early sign-up rate of $2,000 (includes 2 booth personnel).
Hotel Reservation:
Group Rate: $209 (net).
Room Block: June 8-13.
Room rate offered three days pre and post subject to availability.
Reservations must be made by May 1st, 2025. Group rates and availability are not guaranteed after May 1st.

Early Sign-Up Rate:
- Register by March 31st, 2025
- $2,000 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel)
- $500 for each additional booth personnel
Standard Rate:
- $2,200 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel)
- $500 for each additional booth personnel
Only one company per booth.
Booth location is first come, first served during set-up on June 9th.
Complete the attached registration and payment authorization and send to NSA@PartinAndAssociates.com no later than May 1st.
Once your vendor registration payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and credit card receipt (if applicable). You will be placed on the event communication list for schedule updates, meeting attendees, shipping instructions, etc.
