We hope you can join us at the Region I & II RPM Meeting that will be held at The Embassy Suites by Hilton in Orlando, FL on January 7-9, 2025.
Hotel Reservation:
Group Rate: $219 (net).
Room Block: January 5-10.
Reservations must be made by November 22, 2024. Group rates and availability are not guaranteed after November 22.

Vendor Registration:
$2,400 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel).
$500 for each additional booth personnel.
Only one company per booth.
Booth location is first come, first served during set-up on January 7th .
Complete the attached registration and payment authorization and send to NSA@PartinAndAssociates.com no later than November 22nd .
Region I & II – Jan 2025 – Vendor Registration
Once your vendor registration payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation and credit card receipt (if applicable). You will be placed on the event communication list for schedule updates, meeting attendees, shipping instructions, etc.
