NSA Members,
The BWR Owners Group Refueling Performance Meeting will be held at The Antlers Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO on July 8-11, 2024.
Hotel Reservation:
Group Rate: $189 (net).
Room Block: July 7-11.
Reservations must be made by June 3, 2024. Group rates and availability are not guaranteed after June 3.

Vendor Registration:
$2,200 per booth (includes 2 booth personnel).
$500 for each additional booth personnel.
Only one company per booth.
Booths are first come, first served during set-up on July 8.
Complete the attached registration, payment authorization, and Export Control Compliance form and send to nsa@partinandassociates.com no later than June 3.
NOTE: BWROG is still determining the end time of Thursday’s meeting.
Once your vendor registration payment is processed, you will receive a credit card receipt (if applicable) and confirmation invoice. You will be placed on the event communication list for schedule updates, meeting attendees, shipping instructions, etc.
